Tune: St James' Air
('How lovely is thy dwelling place')
1 John 4 v.18-21
*********
In love we find there is no fear
No fear there can appear
For perfect love it fear casts out
'Tis sure, without a doubt
For fear has torment, and they who
Fear, may be even you
Such are not made prefect in love
Come help us, Spirit, dove
We love God for He first loved us
Simply, no feign, no fuss
If one say. "I love God", but he
Hates brother, how can be?
How can it be that God unseen
He (a person) loves, but heart is mean?
To love not brother who he sees
He lies, [his] conduct agrees
And this command from God have we
To love those who we see
Our brothers, sisters, who we know
So we love for God show

There is no god in my world but the sentiments of loving one another are very much part of it - so this does mean something - fine work O

Love is kind gentle long suffering does not envy..honest and truthful..if only we lived in this world...fear lies and steals your joy but there is so much of it out there as people donβt seek the truth to know it as then they shall be free to treat others as true loves meant to be ...πΉ
Thanks T.
