Unmatched.

Fay Slimm.

Unmatched.

Shallower sages would never permit streams of
night's glittering stardust to detract them from
edging their message with ego's silk sound.

Meanwhile a poetic dreamer reveals
his penchant for embroidering
that which cannot be sewn,
writes to im-passion
every sunrise,
adds vision
to twilight
Scribes
quill
silence
unmatched
beside verbose
lyrical phrasings,
a dreamy romantic
will drop gilt moondust
around every line enhancing
the ordinary to outshine with art.

Coping with life poets slip outside reality,
spin cotton-wool stories then, mind-flying
between lines steal moments to adorn words

I thought you may like the hourglass form in my few lines on Unmatched - which as you state presents a challenge to all fervent writers. Blessings galore to you both.
