Winter is beautiful but is best on pictures or in music. I often go out and take pictures in the snow, some of them are stunning.

Yes indeed UNCLE MIKE ~ We are still Young enough (sub 40) to enjoy SKIING ~ SLEDGING & making SNOWPERSONS ! BUT with each year our ability to withstand COLD decreases !

I love winter although prefer warmer seasons. Our weather can be four seasons in one day. At times surprises with the quick change. Your poem is wonderful, although it seems that you prefer warmer weather like myself. There are positive things about that season. It gives rest to Nature to rejuvenate. That is why we have Autumn when all the leaves are falling from trees. Imagine our winters, the winters here are very long. Often lots of snow, but the fresh air is there, it makes a person feel good. Thanks ZUZANNA for your very positive and encouraging reply ! Yes we do need Winter to allow the non-evergreen trees to hibernate and recover for spring ! The snow & frost makes them look beautiful as with the Spider Web and the trees depicted in the VIDEO ! In the UK we have four discernable Seasons every Year - every one is Special - every one is Beautiful !
