        Thanks UNCLE MIKE ~ Very DROLL ~ There are 50 ways to *Take out a Girl* the one you chose is the one most Sure & Simple ! Love the painting ~ we are House Hunting and our Heart wants us to live in an ESSEX VILLAGE ~ BUT our HEAD wants us to live near the STATION - The College & The Hospital - Its always a mistake to VOTE GREEN and sell ones CARS !
