PRESIDENT JOHNSON - Has promised the NHS much
BUT in five years - can he really deliver ???
FIFTY more HOSPITALS - Quite a clutch
ONLY a 20% chance - Boris Promises make me Shiver !
THIRTY FIVE BILLION POUNDS for GOOD HEALTH
SEVEN BILLION OF POUNDS for each YEAR
HOW can they achieve by NOT taxing WEALTH
THEY might have to pay the USA for coff mixture I FEAR !
FIFTY THOUSAND more NURSES ! Ten thousand
A YEAR - With no more from Poland or France
TO ACHIEVE this vast number - lets not be deceived
We*ve less than a 40% chance !
OVER a thousand new GP*s a Year is the PROMISE
BUT their workloads appalling - and numbers are FALLING
Is this really realistic DEAR BORIS ?
NO CHANCE - We work our GPS by the seat of their PANTS !
SOCIAL CARE is a problem for SKY BLUE TORIES
They dont frequent Food Banks - NOT on the Bread Line
They will need Cross Party Consensus
To have any chance to solve it in TIME !

I work for the NHS so I have a vested interest in BORIS keeping
his promises for funding etc. The front line Staff are the Doctors
and Nurses but Radiographers & Porters & Dispenser & Physios
etc are also essential to run a Modern Hospital. Brian works in
Further & Higher Education so he will be posting a Poem on Boris

Our bigest regret is that the TORY majority is so big ! It could result in Fox Hunting ~ Grammar Schools ~ Capital Punishment and closer ties with Trumps America etc etc. We will experience at least THREE TERMS of right wing Tory Rule (15 years !) before we return to SANITY !
