A chapter in my book of life
Has closed,
The longest chapter in my book,
A chapter full of great love,
Love for my loved one.
A new chapter has started,
That start has shown me glory,
The glory of friendship,
A friendship from many people.
So I know that this chapter
Will lead me into a new era,
A new era of life.
An era when life will be full,
Full of wonder and light
As my friends will be with me.
We will see new life
As we all travel its path,
Travel life’s path together,
In the new chapter
Of my book of life.
