My River of Joy.

Goldfinch60

I walk by My River and wonder,

Wonder what my life will be like.

I then look into the deep green water

And see the depths of my future

Pushing ahead with wonder,

With wonder and joy.

My River, always going forward,

So that will be me

Looking back to the beauty,

The beauty that was in my life,

But always moving forward

To that life ahead,

That is bound to bring me joy.

A fine write Gold. I read part of a book. A character in it looked into a river. Looking ever deeper, he somehow saw at the bottom of the river-bed the primeval river that was in the Garden of Eden. Though book was a bit spooky. I did not read it all.

The future is beautiful too and your river will always be there to spur you on. All around is beauty and soon the spring will be here. New opportunities to do new things lay ahead.
