We have looked at several Houses ~ Some GOOD
Some BAD ~ Some UGLY ~ but ALL expensive !
Angela*s Parents have a Friend ~ who is
Moving to Sheltered Accommodation !
She has given us First Refusal on
Her House ! This could be our solution !

We should point out the advantages of *Buying Direct* from Mrs Roberts are:
1. There are no Estate Agents involved. 2. The transaction can be done amicably between our Solicitors to ensure the transaction is legal. 3. There are NO CHAINS involved ~ other Buyers & Sellers ! 4. Because Mrs Roberts is moving to *FURNISHED SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION*she has agreed to include Carpets & Curtains & Lounge & Dining Room Furniture in the Price ~ To be agreed. 5. She is moving at the beginning of March so that will give us plenty of time to get the house ready to move into after we are married ~ AMEN !

Good luck in getting on the Housing Ladder, it can be precarious at times but most of us manage to climb towards the top.

Thanks UNCLE ANDY ~ Yes indeed buying our first house and getting it all tickety-boo is a very big step for us. The house in question is in good order ~ garden needs a bit of attention ! Will be ideal for a *house cat* and eventually our Family ! We still have to sort out the finances but it is within budget with a little help from our Parents ! Thanks for your comment ! I have added a codicil about the advantages of BUYING DIRECT ~ NO cahins etc etc.

Here in MH because of the train links to London and its inclusion in several 'Best Town' surveys the increase in prices hasn't faltered making it so difficult to get on the first rung.

Thanks UNCLE MIKE ~ The same is very true of Essex ! Excellent climate # near the COAST & LONDON. I have extolled the virtue of *Buying Direct* no chains or gazzumping etc. The good news is that initial discssions indicate it will be within our BUDGET but of course we will have a £200k morgage based on our joint incomes ! Watch this space. We have added a codicil on the advantages of *Bying Direct* !

GOOD EVENING FAY ~ Thanks for your good wishes. We are now negotiating with Mrs Roberts through our Soliciter ~ it all looks to be going smoothly. We will have about a month to get it all shipshape ready for us to move in after our honeymoon in Sevilla in April ~ We are both very excited !
