The warrior went to rape and pillage
across the land to a distant village
and there he sought an innocent prey
with whom he had his evil way
and though his act was vile and cruel
it served to improve the village gene pool.

I know I shouldn't laugh at rape and pillage but that final line made me laugh Michael.
Andy
I know - not exactly PC but the thought came to me in an 'off piste' naughty moment and I couldn't resist turning it into a shorty.
Was this a relative of Burl Ington-Berles?! lol.
Yes he rises at at ten thirty
and saunters along like a toff
he walks down the Strand with his gloves on his hand
then he walks down again with them off.
It takes an artist like you, Michael, to find something positive in such a negative situation.
