Strange Times Acrostic.

Goldfinch60

Staying at home alone

Takes resilience in life,

Replacing going out with friends

And doing other things on your own.

Never give up life is there,

Getting your mind into gear,

Existing within your heart.

Taking time to contact other

Individuals with modern technology,

Making sure they are fine,

Ensuring they remain happy,

Showing that you care.

A fine and thoughtful write Gold.
One church tried online. They got cut off for violating some broadcasting Terms of Service. Doh!
    Another church did really well.

Well i was planning to do some DIY whilst at home but it looks like there will be nowhere open to buy supplies from.
My work van is up for tax and insuring but i think I'll issue a SORN on it and hold fire till we know what the future holds. Income = nil.

I have even had to stop playing croquet, the new laws? have stopped that and we are always at least 5 meters apart.

A SORN seems to be a good idea for the current time.

"Contacting them, making sure they are fine, ensuring they remain happy"

If we all do this, I can't imagine how lovely this world can be
          Good piece Gold.

Keeping in touch is key. I think I must have spoken to my sister more times in the last week or so than i have inthe previous 12 months. Regular contact via Skype with children and grandchildren.

Yes regular contact with relatives and friends is important, and may it continue after the pandemic.
