Hello!

There I was walking by My River

When a shout came from behind me,

“Hello!”

I looked round and saw her,

Saw this lady running,

Running towards me.

She ran passed looking ahead

And once more shouted

“HELLO!”

I shouted back

“Hello.”

But she ignored me,

I then realised

As she ran towards her dog,

She was shouting at her dog,

A dog whose name

Was Hello.

    Doh! If she had two dogs ,the other one might have been called 'Goodbye'! lol. Would sound like a mad woman, alternating between calling the two dogs.

      What an unusual name for a canine - and can understand the mix-up with who was meant for that shout of Hello - - smiling at this one as so many encounters rush into my mind on the issue dear Andy - -- great music and singing.

        I can just see the scene - everyone keeping their distance I hope.

          They certainly do keep there distance but everybody acknowledges each other which is great.

            A pal called his young alsation 'Elgar', he wasnt able to train it at all and one night when it ran off around midnight i observed the surreal vision of him running along residential city streets at midnight shouting 'Elgar.... Elgar!... Elgar' heaven knows what his neighbors thought of him.

                  ANGELA HERE - Love Latin Music very soothing after a Day @ the Hospital. Brian cooked Chicken Pasta with Sweet Corn & a Glass of Rioja & then Rasps & Cream - Heaven. Love the Poem ! I knew a Man who called His Cannine after his wife *ANNIE* because he said they were both B*T*H*S ! We both agreed SMOKEY is a good name for our New Cat (coming in May !)

                  My god why would you name you dog that? She must get responses like yours all the time. Maybe that's why she did it?. What in Gods name did she name her cat? - Phil A.
