As In Life #15
People?
The deeper you push our bulbs
The taller our daffodils rise

A poignant write Andrew.
Bit of a different angle on this - do you know (part of a song or hymn I think):
'He that is down need fear no fall;
He that is low [need fear] no pride'
Just, WOW! (In a good way)
cannot wait to read more.
Thank you for sharing.
Short and punchy with a big big message.
Let us hope we all grow taller post virus.
In my early life working for a firm of electrical consultants I was admonished for referring to the object that gives out light as a bulb - it's a lamp I was firmly told - bulbs are what you plant in the ground. Not sure that such definitions apply any longer - must google it. And a super couplet Andrew.
Wonderful Andrew and so true.
Andy
I like it... I like it a bloomin lot....
