Powerless

M.E.M.

Anger and rage that can’t be released.

Unable to snap people into reality.

Have no power over what others

listen to or think.

False information

risking people’s lives.

Let them go back to work.

Let them die,

that will show them to not be stupid imbeciles.

But that’s not right,

I shouldn’t be feeling this way—

BUT THEY ARE SO STUPID!

I can’t take it!

I don’t know what else to do.

They won’t listen to the experts.

Cry with rage

as the idiots of the world gather.

Risking everyone’s safety and health

Just so they can complain.

It’s crazy

It’s stupid

But all I can do is stand by and watch

As they burn what is left of our healthy world

To the ground

with their selfishness.

Whereas I do agree with your sentiments, I can see from across the ocean that poor ambiguous leadership has encouraged their behaviour. Strong steadfast leadership is what is required.

I worry that in the event of a second wave of restrictions, brought about by lax management of current restrictions, will lead to serious civil unrest in usa.

As much as it hurts seeing Waikiki as a ghost town, I could not agree with you more!

Did we imagine starting 2020 that we would enter such enigmatic times? How ironic that, midst natural challenges that should unite mankind, the petty politics of the resentful continues to assert itself. That is the most bizarre thing to me... it's as if they will politicize an asteroid about to collide with earth.

There are so many people who cannot agree with the problem but but also in the UK it has shown the good in people that has been coming out even though there is no physical contact.
