So true Michael.
Great minds certainly.
Andy
Good write and pic M.
Also - 'Small things amuse small minds'? Did someone say that somewhere, some when? Maybe one of Miss Berles original sayings.
And bigger fools look on. Miss Berles is sun bathing today but I'm not looking..
Fools rush in where angels dare to tread? Where do the fools rush into?
And here's mud in yer eye mate!
Yesterday i gave my lovers strawberries - today, a raspberry!
Lovers in the plural ?
We had mango yesterday (really sweet but my wife tells me nothing like the flavour she recalls when she had then straight off the tree in her homeland ). Today it's strawberries and who knows what tomorrow.
Good one to remember my friend.
I try to remember them all but forget to do so - thanks Fay.
BRIAN HERE ~ Bon Dimanche Apres Midi - Mon Oncle Michael ! I see we Are back to the 3rd Reich again *Red - White - Black* - horrifying combo !
I like the Mantra *Never Look Back* ! There are those who classify Our Odes as *KINDERGEDICHTEN* but we are Classical Poets - and Your Poem (& Andys) reminded us of the the Stanza in Robbie Burns ~ *To A Mouse*
Still thou are blest conpared wi* me
The present only touches thee
But och - I backwards cat my e*e
On prospects drear
An* forward tho* I canna see
I guess an* fear !
Blessings & Peace to YOU & YOURS

Part of a series but it's come to an end - back to seascapes which I love painting. Cheers A&B.
