I fell in love with you
Before I knew what love was
But a quick learner it made of me
With you I grew out of puppy love
Time would pass
My love for you got stronger
Even as you moved away
I vowed my love ever longer
I’ve spent a lifetime
Learning about love
One thing I know for certain
From Heaven, it’s a gift there of
The test of time
An eternity everlasting
Planets, stars and the universe
Loving you I’m outlasting
Loving you has been
My life’s sweetest rose
I’m the happiest man on Earth
As this love grows
