Absolutely Stunning!

Goldfinch60

Stunning!

Absolutely stunning!

I looked out of the window

And saw it,

Saw natures wonder

In all its beauty.

My breath was taken from me

As I looked into the depths,

The depths of the reddened sky.

Tears of wonder flowed

Flowed down my cheeks

As I looked out at this sight,

This glorious sight.

Stunning!

Absolutely stunning!

Is ir a shame that it takes us so long to realise what beauty is, Such tragic a lesson. All the more reason to live life to the full once realised.

Great music, what release, to smile at something unheard.

So true d a, so many people look or hear but do not see or listen.

        Yes, good write Gold.
Hope it was not tears of desperation if it was a 'red sky in the morning - warning' of gloomy weather for the day ahead!
It was so in 1066, but I still turned up, bad weather or not! lol.

        • Goldfinch60

          Thanks Orchi.

No tears of wonder not tears of gloom as at 1066.
