i'm doing all i can.
But when he's gone i'll miss him, a good comedian always leaves a gap in entertainment.
He sure is the funniest person on the TV at the moment - but for all the wrong reasons.
We don't wish harm or misfortune on many people but.... we have our 'pet' dislikes.
Yet sometimes we might have sympathy, then lose it again, when they recover.
Pet dislikes? What am I doing disliking our piggies (similar to those in my pic)?
Well ask yourself - would you truly be sorry if Hitler had contracted Covid ... he put children in cages too...... now I'll go wash my mouth with soap.
Well, yes, we don't lose any sleep over 'monsters' sufferings.
It is certainly providing us with great entertainment - can't wait till the next chapter - win, lose, die?
That's because you live at a safe distance........ how in the world will this place ever straighten itself out...... just the money they're printing is like pre-war Germany........ we're gonna pay you bet your bippy......... my brother thinks he is the Anti Christ......... we're all going bonkers here. And even when he's gone, we have those Chainsaw Massacre people haunting the shadows........ SAVE ME - ha!
It's easy to be flippant but it really is of such concern for the whole world - and to compound it there's covid.
We all know underneath flippant is real concern........ no worries there! It's just everything else we have to worry about! But then you lot got through WWII - how did you DO that! So much to learn.

What happened to your comment about commissario Montalbano?
Realised you were talking about Sardinia and not Sicily so it wasn't relevant and didn't have time to correct it so a quick delete - the cowards way out. Anyway memories of Noto still remain among the best I have of Italy.
Should also mention Scicli where we sat in his boss's chair in the Town Hall which dubbed as the Police Station. Ah memories.
Didn't think so much of the young Montelbano though.

I haven’t visited Noto; but I’ve had the pleasure of vacationing in North-western Sicily...near Cefalù.
I wonder which episode you saw that was being filmed?
I'm afraid we never did find out but it was for the last series. We sat on some steps with coffee and arancinis watching them shoot ouside scenes.
We toured the entire island - exhausting but a great holiday. Love Sardinia as well by the way.
