Bon Apres Midi Mon Oncle STEVE ~ You have touched on a TRUISM here ! For every Proverb the converse is TRUE. For every SILVER LINING there must be a CLOUD ! Its the GLASS *Half full or Half empty syndrome !* Both our Parents are Optimists so I guess its in our GENES ! Because of our AGE (under 40) we have to be optimistic about the Future because it is more than 50% of our expected life span (80+) so our only option is to be OPTIMISTIC about the next Half-Century and believe that life in 2070 will be UTOPIA for those blessed enough to SURVIVE ~ AMEN & AMEN !

ANGELA HERE ~ HI FAY - Pleased the Poem gave you an UPLIFT - thats our aim because there is a lot of Gloom & Doom over COVID especially among Seniors who might not have much more time to enjoy LIFE. COVID has put a Dampner on everything. We want to start a Family but are holding back til this thing passes !

Finding it hard at the moment to be optimistic - Jeanne went into Hospital today ready for cancer surgery tomorrow so I'm alone at home feeling very down. Pleased to say the poetry and banter here on MPS is a big help.t
Angela here - O dear UNCLE MIKE sorry to here that. Please tell Jeane we are Praying for her - that the Surgery will be successful and that She will be in remission. We are also Praying that You will have *Peace of Mind* and assurance that Jeanne will soon be Home safe & sound. MPS is like a Family and we can all support each other with BANTER and (those of us who Pray) with Prayers ~ both are equally important to LIFT our SPIRITS. Thanks for sharing.

We have to *Count Our Blessings* and support those who are isolated & lonely or shut-in. We do shopping for Seniors (70+) and phone them & sing to them on the Phone ! With Our Church Family we Pray & Worship on ZOOM ! How are You & Zion coping?
