I am grateful to have someone that has stood by
Seen more than a single average cry, yet she let's each moment, Float On by!
Moving together into the unknown, where some mountains are climbed and others blown, surrounded by a sea that naturally knows.
Only our own depths
can take us home
a breath side
a breathless tone
Love is from the soul
like fingers to a piano
The key is in our pain
Letting go to fly again
Finding new notes to play
Dancing the night away
Down the river of dreams
To a reality that only we see

- Comment from author about the poem: I'll admit things are rocky on my spirit for this world and the affairs we are currently going through... Even more so with this new "lockdown" I am lucky that she rides my waves until brighter days! Never would I thought anyone could handle this, then I didn't find just anyone! I found the most wicked of witch! That's helps me find the spells to keep facing it....
