Each week I have to check up ~ On my Lady Wife !
Ladies love to Spend on Wine & Jewels & Clothes & Stuff
ANGEL takes NO notice of *Enuff Dear is Enuff !*
When buying Christmas Prezzies one does have to Take Care
Her Christmas List is twice as long ~ as her *List for Prayer*
A recent survey showed the Prezzies Adults hate to get
And yet we keep on buying them & its not December yet !
Top of the list - Cheap Smellies - Gift Sets & Bubble Baff
Folk open them - then smell them - then they have a Laff
Candles - Sox & Sets of Mugs ~ next on the NO NO LIST
But WINE is fine & Spirits ~ Gifts no one can resist !
Angelas PAPA is helpful here ~ Says *No Candles & NO Sox*
Three Bottles of RIOJA in a Presentation Box ~ Special Price !
She gives them to Her Colleagues & Her Friends Far & Near
Or Vintage Port & Stilton will always bring Good Cheer !
Books & Christmas Jumpers are another *Reject Pile*
Sports Persons *True Life Stories* always fail to make me Smile !
When in doubt for giving out ~ please dont send people Games
When all else Fails ~ send Vouchers for the Orient Express Trains!
In Essex every Year we each spend ~ £1500 on YULE
Spare no expense Food - Prezzies - Drink we all want to be COOL
I hope my ODE will not put off ~ folks buying Gifts Bizarre
And if you*ve got me on your list ~ Id like a nice NEW CAR !

I only have one item on my prezzie list if you want to buy me something A and B it is an Aston Martin DB11, the cost is FROM £147,500, it would have to include the the insurance for the next few years of course.

Good Tuesday Fay ! We have all received CMas Presents ~ Well Meant but inappropriate ! Money seems to lack empathy ~ I guess VOUCHERS (M & S etc) do show more thought. My Brother works for the COOP so for local Presents - Family & Friends - we are having *COOP Cmas Hampers delivered - two weeks before CMas !* Always exciting to receive and always *Good Organoleptic Quality !* Beats a 1000 piece Jig Saw Puzzle any Day !

The Female Approach to Christmas Spending & Christmas Presents is 100% different (& more costly)than the MALE ! For a MAN 20 December is Early Enough ~ For a LADY it starts on 1 January ! Motivated by BARGAINS & mega-cheap CMAS Cards ! ANGEL already has ALL our Presents mostly RIOJA - Boxed or wrapped ! PORT & STILTON (boxed) She will leave til December ! We have written a DRAFT of our Christmas Letter which will be e-mailed or printed on CARD in December ! I am discovering that LADIES ~ in adition to Multitasking ~ can also think outside the BOX ~ and are generally Planning SIX MONTHS AHEAD OF MEN ~ AMEN

Yes Joe and KAMALA's victory is widely celebrated here, though Trump is still unwilling to accept defeat. I hope to be back on here soon but right now I am completely inundated with my daughters at home learning due to COVID. I mean.......Covid is so bad right now here that the schools are closed, but thank God we are all still healthy!!!
