Find your ease in the slipstream of life.

Like a newborn baby announcing his presence to the world , envelope yourself in the newness of now

Evoke a cosy bed of warmth to melt the icy points of discomfort and pain

Sense the soft edge of your heart and anchor yourself there.

Then , reside in the gentle awareness of breath

And you will feel at ease in your belonging
