HIDDEN DEEP

Michael Edwards

HIDDEN DEEP

Where only shadows stretch their fingers

hidden deep where no man treads

among the trees an elven form

where maleficent forces hide

in other worldly truckled light.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I've not been on for a while - I've been really busy art wise - I'm still busy and not writing at the nmoment but thought I'd pop a shorty in the gallery just to let you know I'm still in the land of the living. Hope you are all well.

Those maleficent forces shall be shown when the light hits them.

Good to see you back Michael and glad all is well.

Doing triptychs now are you? Good work.

Good to see you again and a great piece which enlivens my mind to venture there...... with my mind's fantasy beings.

"Truckled light" submissive to one's control. If only we could "truckle light," then instead of "trucking down the highway" we could be "truckling across the universe." Enjoyed that word and all the rest of them. This one is a keeper. - Phil A.

a worded bridge between fantasy and reality's 'trucked light's,
where wrongful deeds come with consequences that resonate way after that last page has been read and a gavel's echo, has been felt..
so glad to read you're doing well my friend!
