Over eons of time
The world cries out
Of love for all species
What it can’t live without
Of waring nations
And fighting neighbors
Must we all reject
Friendly favors
Listen closely
Hear the Angels sing
Of love in the world
The seeds their sowing
But the world
Needs our help today
So, the Angels ask us
To find a united way
Movies were made
For motivation
Songs were sung
To stop starvation
And still the world
Can’t seem to get along
If we could all work together
To right the world’s wrongs
If each of us could give
Love from the heart
If we could all just coexist
And make a new start
Oh, how beautiful
A world of love we’d be in
When everyone would listen
Hear the Angels sing
