Sing with the Angels

Accidental Poet

Don’t you hear it?

Sweet Angelic voices

Calling on humanity

To make compassionate choices

Instead of fussing’ and fighting’

Cussing and hating

Try to understand each other

Sympathy and relating

Must we live in competition

Trying to outdo one another

Can’t we just co-exist

Embrace our sisters and brothers

With an open heart

I hear the Angels sing

Let us join hand in hand

And wing to wing

If the world as one chorus

Would sing of world love

And give peace a chance

What our Angels sing of

So true AP. Give peace a chance.

The song is one of the songs we sing in our Community Choir fairly often.
