Admit to Yourself

Accidental Poet

If her smile devours you

And makes you weak in the knees

If her voice perks up your ears

Spawning romantic poetry with ease

If her face so lovely

On the walls of your heart

Like in a museum

With your own poetic art

If even her name

Ecstasy upon your lips

Like the finest of wines

Sip after delicious sip

If she’s there when you wake

With the early sunrise

And still there on your mind

With twinkling stars in the sky

If your thoughts

Always centered on her

Its time to admit to yourself

You’ve fallen in love with her
