DIBBLES AND DABBLES (7)

Michael Edwards

I’ve been called rubbish, and I’ve been called shit  - yes  I’ve been called both

one I embrace, the other I snub; rubbish to landfill - shit promotes growth.

Ohh, good write Michael. Why does it always hit the fan?! We should stand out of the way of the fan!
    You seen Berle-Ington Bertie?!

    • Michael Edwards

I often wonder how it reaches the fan - must be super charged. Not seen any of the Berles for some time.

At last.... now i feel i can fart unrestrained.

Great write... outside the box again.

      • Michael Edwards

Cheers dusk. Some can't think outside the box. Mind you some can't even think inside it.

(I see your name, my friend
and a part of me, that exists in a taut state
simply, exhales for a little while...)
        and yes, I too recycle
all the shit that's thrown at me
        and yes, wise Poet
it sure does make good fertilizer!
        which makes good angry potatoes
        that insures that moonshine
of fury, I carry with me
        is enabled to overcome
        all the hurdles, that exist
        to trip me...
        (still hoping for the best!
thanks for letting us know you're still going strong Michael)..
loved the picture, tried to zoom-in
        to that core middle colour
looks to me like its that vibrant tint of clotting blood,
and then I got to thinking
        are the other colours
born out of that nucleus, essential
        or do they work in-reverse
        and are condensing to make,
        that essential, nucleus;
        or even better,
is that existence? a simultaneous experience
        of distilled and burgeoning sensations?
        either way, that's Art
I can finish a wine bottle contemplating over..
        thank you!

I’m smiling. Thanks for that. I think I have finally found the exact words that are worthy and appropriate to put on my tombstone (with your permission) 👍
Is that your artistry above the poem?

Thanks so much Laura - hope you are getting on well - Jeanne is suffering the effects of the toxic drugs but keeping her chin up.

                • Laura🌻

                  You’re most welcome, Michael.

I’m doing ok. The numbers are in my favor…for now. The effects of those toxic drugs are horrible…I can relate to that. I think of Jeanne every day. I can just imagine her ‘keeping her chin up’. She’s my inspiration. She’s always in my thoughts and prayers.
                  Give her my love.❤️
