Notice of absence from woundedheart
Sorry due to personal reasons i will be absent for an unknown period of time
Thank you for your friendship and may the Lord watch over you all and keep you safe. ❤❤❤❤

I cannot go to school oh no,

you see i have a cough.

A chesty wheeze and when I sneeze,

my nose keeps falling off.

 

I cannot go, my head hurts so,

I fear that it will crack,

and I have spots like jelly tots,

all up and down my back.

 

I am so ill, so if you will,

please phone the school for me.

Tell them I've flu, my tongue is blue,

and water on the knee.

 

I've chicken pox and smelly socks,

I itch from head to toe.

Measels and mumps and painful lumps,

so you see i cannot go.

 

My legs are weak its hard to speak,

my throat is red and sore.

So wrap me tight, turn off the light,

and shut the bedroom door.

    Reminded me of the excuses I made back then
    We made excuses to not go to school and today we remember those as the best days of life
    Life is really too funny to live

        Good fun write wh, so many excuses were given to try and not go to school back in my school days but the parents new better.
