LIMERICK 78

Michael Edwards

He’s often seen out on cycling trips

as in and out of the traffic he nips

and he’s always dressed like a

lamebrain in lycra

with go-faster stripes on his bicycle clips.

Good fun limerick Michael, I too have seen him!

Absolutely cracking artwork, would you mind if I printed this one?

    • dusk arising

on wobbly two wheels he frolicks
      cycling home this keen alcoholic
      but he's laddered his tights
      it just dont seem right
was it saddlebags or two hairy bollicks

I've seen him! He thinks he's invisible, invincible. Another funny limerick. Great.

And ignores the road rules - yes plenty here but they do spoil it for those who do cycle sensibly.

I cut through traffic like a crazy man with a guinsue knife and deathwish. What's my occupation? Bicycle messenger😜 Lol This sounds like it's about me🚴

I see you're from the land of Glass Tiger - from my travels in Canada I can't recall many cyclists but I'm sure they're the same the world over - with the exception of fallenAngel1 of course. lol

I've never heard Canada referred to as the land of Glass Tiger before. We do tell new comers if they don't like the weather, wait 15 minutes, lol😀
