equality

dusk arising

we
as tender saplings planted
in a soil where advantage rules
susceptible to predjudice
hatred and jealousy
rose up and gave voice
within a forest of ripening youth
stood our ground
in the face of adversity
so strong - the will for release
so just the - case for equality

Equality is a fine concept but there are so many who just do not care about it. I know you do d a and I do as well but why do others not care of do nothing about it.

    Powerful words reign
As they speak for the justice that is strained
    A beautiful poetry with wisdom
    So thoughtful dear dusky
    A voice for many
