LIMERICK 80

Michael Edwards

A man from Cape Cod called Will Pluckett

attempted to wee in a bucket

but he aimed too high

and it rose in the sky

and it started to rain in Nantucket.

This ain't that rain from Spain
It don't take a powerful brian
    cos it stinks like piss
    has a certain 'hiss'
I hope they don't pull the chain.

Why don't you post some of these šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

      • dusk arising

Theyre just ad-libs in response to your excellent ones. I have in the past posted a few topical ones, I suppose I could do a few Boris and Kear one's or maybe something 'woke' or Ms Dick.

Itā€™s raining cats and dogs right now but I donā€™t think itā€™s Stanā€™s wee! Looked for the bucket in your lovely artwork.

        • Michael Edwards

Just changed his name to Will - seems more appropriate - I hope it isn't his wee - that would be taking the ......... lol

Oh lol. good write and pic M.
You know Stan Berles as well as Stan Pluckett?

          • Michael Edwards

            Don't know either - do you either > ?

            • orchidee

Nope, I don't know either of them. He don't seem to fit in, as Sylla Berles, Remarka Berles, Comforta Berles, etc do!

              Michael,

              Iā€™m glad I donā€™t live in Nantucket.šŸ˜‚ ā˜”ļø
My first laugh of the day.
Thank you for sharing, my friend. Give my love to Jeanne .šŸ˜˜

Some guy in Nantucket, opened his window to the words, fuck it, I'm going to shoot that dirty bastard, Will Pluckett.
