Filthy Acrostic.

Goldfinch60

For the sake of all around

Undo the bad language from your mouth,

Control those words of filth that

Keep you in uncouth ways.

    The new normal
Speak whatever bullshit you want, without caring a least about others
    But this isn’t normal
    Being unkind isn’t normal
Being harsh and rude isn’t pride
    Cursing others isn’t pride
    So tragic

Very true spilleronsheet, I try to be polite to all and rarely swear.

My verbal diarrhoea is my singing - so they say! Aww, they are horrible to me, whoever 'they' are. lol.

      • Goldfinch60

'They' are anyone who hears your Orchi. LOL.

Without swearing I,m afraid most of the so-called modern comedians would be out of a job. Reminds me of one of my Dad's sayings on hearing a foul mouthed rant: if every swear word was an inch each sentence would be a yard long.

So very true, wise man your father. I only once heard my father swear and that was when I was in my early twenties.

          lol
          the futility of enlightenment...
see, now even the very utility of swear words
          is being wiped out..
          swearing, was an actual tool
          of dealing with life
          when thing's get f'ckd up
          and your exasperation needed
          an outlet, you could swear
and express yourself with that much more, feeling or passion
          but now
          it's all:
          'a fck'n good morning ain't it?'...?
          'I'm so sh't fc'd tired!'...?
'oh how I luv you, b'ich'...?
          and on
          to the point where
nowadays the more exasperated we become
          speaking with eloquent decorum
is our new outlet, for expending
          our frustrations and heated feelings...
          'Why Sir
          how aggravating it is
          to feel your fist, grace
          my cheeks'
          lol

          • Goldfinch60

Thank you Mek, yes it is aggravating to feel that fist. LOL

            Best to
            Observe a
            Little
            Light
            Oneupmanship
            Craftily avoiding
            Krass language with
            Subtlety

            • Goldfinch60

Wonderful reply d a and so true.

              Andy,

The usage of foul/filthy language is not my ‘cup of tea’!

              Foul
              Indelicate
              Language
              That should
              Hold
              You accountable

              Thank you for sharing.

Nor mine, the English language has enough words of decency that can out weigh any swear words.

                  Exactly!👍🏻
