I remember when....

orchidee



Ohno, spare us please, Orchi!

Peerrr-llleeeee- aaassee!!

Cos we suspect this poem

Wil go on for about 4,583 verses

(Picking out a random number there)

 

Once you start your reminiscing Orchi

You go on an on, you never stop

Endless waffling

Always using 20 words when 5 will do

 

We care not to hear of your adventures

When you met the dinosaurs

Or 'later', comparatively

When you mucked it up at Hastings

And your intolerable photo albums

Covering 5 million years

With a blow-by-blow account of each photo!

(Don't ya just love it really?!)

 

And memories of your singing are worse

I remember........the first song I sang

No please - no recitals!! lol

I will tell you this though

It all began when....

I heard two cats fighting, and copied them

A melodious sound they made

 

But, aww, why do they say to me

'I wish you would stop insulting cats

Your singing's much worse than that!' heehee

 

Ohhh, ya gotta laugh at your own jokes

Cos maybe no one else will

Though it might be an ego-trip

Boasting and showing off

Getting too big for your boots

 

No-one's listening anyway Orchi

They've all got ear plugs!

Says Fido. He knows! lol.

            I remember all those times Orchi, you just wouldn't stay away from me would ya'!
            You just kept on trying to put water in my whisky, singing all the wrong notes in no particular order and scaring the cats dogs.
            Your singing was responsible for the dinosaurs becoming extinct as they just could not stand you voice.
