Total Success.

Goldfinch60

We all have them,

Those days where we feel bad,

Feel that we should not have got up

To endure such bad days.

But what you need to remember

Is that we all have those rough days,

And that to get where we are

We have achieved total success,

Total success in enduring those days

To get to this day today.

And that sounds pretty good,

Pretty good in my life.

      Good write Gold.
It's a pity I spoil every day for everyone, by singing! heehee.

      • Goldfinch60

But even with your singing in my life for millennia I am still here.

A bigger load of old rubbish I've have never come across.
At no time in my stay at MPS have I ever known you present anything other than total optimism. Continue to go with that Andy. 😊

          • Goldfinch60

Thank you Dave, I have always been optimistic in my life and forever will be.

            is 'Amen!', dear poet

Leave it out Andy. You don't have bad days anymore - you're not allowed them and you can take that as the official MPS line on the matter.

Keep writing those uplifting love influenced chirpy, young again, pieces that you refresh us all with.

              • Goldfinch60

Very true d a, all my days are good.
Wait 'til you see the words I have written today.

I love this message. Although we may all have tough days we can surely overcome them and make them into beauty.

                • Goldfinch60

Those tough days give us experience and you cannot teach experience. Thank you Rocky.

Can't look up, if can't look down.

Nice short point and cute birb foto

                  • Goldfinch60

                    Very true Blackstar, thank you.

I guess if we never had the bad days how would we know the good. It would just be the same all the time. Bad days can give us something to reflect upon, and when we have that good day it really feels good. Love the message of your poem.

                    • Goldfinch60

                      Thank you Bella, much appreciated.

I agree. To appreciate the simple things in life now we would have endured the bad times, the hurt, the suffering and not given up.

                        • Goldfinch60

Very true Rozina, the bad times give us the strength to move on.
