It's that special kind of shine, that creates portals in the mind
Let no body tell you how to find the sublime, it may be a squeeze but you're not out of time
Each step taken puts us right on the edge, to roll with the tide or make castles instead
For the sessions bring change and I'm doing my best
To come out from this dark winter and bloom with the rest

Yes , today is a better day for me too .. In some ways . I did some kundalini yoga with my twin sister .. you know I think it helped. First time done yoga in a while ., mostly calm today which is nice ,

Yes, bravo!!! Even here in Michigan it's warmer and the ice is melting. Such a beautiful day here as well. I like the last line for those of us that are coming out of a dark winter, we are blooming. Thanks for sharing!

Teddy is successfully fighting off covid with bow and arrow but has taken to replacing the arrow with a gondoliers pole..... ... the gondolier wasn't available for comment but has taken to strolling his hometown in denim. Venice in blue jeans.
I'm sure a spirit like hers can rise above all things my friend but definitely wishing her my best. Think you lost me on your ending but sounded great in my head lol

That's the funny thing with our minds,they can make us or break us,show us truth or illusion,and we have to separate fact from fiction, fantasy from reality,but most gets stuck somewhere in between
Yeah it's why it's good to just stop and have tea, remember none of it matters. At least we are on the journey!
