Going to a tropical locale

Where the pubs are fine

And the food is amazing

And the sun will shine

 

Already made an itinerary

Of all the stuff we'll do

When we're in paradise

Known for it's history too

 

And of course, he's on the menu

We'll keep it between the sheets

I'm a carnivore at heart

I'll savor my favorite treats

              I had a fourth stanza about wanting to stay there and not come back but I couldn't get it to fit. I know right? I can't wait to go! Thank you for reviewing my poem, Bella!

              😅 Omg that line had me crying. So you talking about that type of meat.

                Ha HA!! You are so funny...yeah I'm talking about "that" kind of meat. I mean what else is there to do on a vacation without anybody else, just him and I. It's never just him and I here, always someone to ruin the fun!! Thank you for reviewing my poem! I'm not sure whether the crying was from laughter?
