In silence speaking with winds

spilleronsheet

There maybe chaos

war ringing the ears

storms hitting the shores

mayhem of financial loss

everyone seems distressed

while soul seems stressed

amidst their pains

they hardly see, no one gains

in pains one cry

held stern forever in life

held with no head high

fallen esteem

shook everyday in life

why don’t you notice

life has become living hell,

have been trying

meeting so many trials in life

yet you despise

fail to notice the howling cries

how to make a notice

is it a commodity that can be sold

if only pain could be sold

but why would anyone buy ?

the sufferings inside….

please

look,

tattered soul

walks soulless

with brine washing the face

what is left behind

is a mere breathe of air….

Wow. This is quite the poem dear Spiller. I feel so many will resonate with your words. Nowadays, the world has sadly fallen into madness and insensitivity, and it seems like it's only getting worse. People are drowning in their own sadness and that light at the end of the tunnel seems to be dying out for many. I can only hope for better days.

    • spilleronsheet

      Amen
      May the light shine sooner
      Help those engulfed by darkness
May the torch of knowledge and enlightenment shine
And humanity blooms in all mind
Thanks dear Rocky for understanding me so well….

Maybe it's ageing, but the world I came of age in seems to have vanished. Technology is a wonderful thing, but the extent to which it has evolved seems to have robbed us of a sense of oneness, and we are now these independent entities vying for constant attention any way we can get it. Our ears hear, but don't listen. Our eyes see, but don't acknowledge. You've said this in a very powerful way, and we need to keep listening and seeing what is right under our noses. Thank you!

That’s a beautiful comment dear Bella full of wisdom….adding to the meaning to my lines how you beautifully stated…its a pity that the world is turning more sour day by day…more rotten and the hope inside flickers of a better today…

A powerful message of the current despair. Unbearably sad times for so many.

        • spilleronsheet

So true dear Rozina…hope the dim light in present despair….

May peace come to us all and we can breathe that fresh air in humility.

          • spilleronsheet

            Amen
            I hope so
Truly awaiting for that dawn to appear

the message you post here is far bigger and more important than the page you pinned it to .. N

              Thanks dear Neville
              So many thoughts
Poetries full of wisdom pour around
I can feel the grief of so many
But I don’t know what can be the solution to this mayhem
Each corner of this globe is in pain
And so many sufferings building everyday
              Don’t know what’s the solution
              Or when shall it stop

I'm captivated by this poem where pain and strain on the souls leave us walking dead. The last line, 'is a mere breathe of air'; looks like the end and start. The ending; is why I still have a breath after all the ache and agony with the want to stop everything. The starting; where despite; all that, you have a chance to breathe for a change; Leading to new experiences. Poetic beauty!😊

              • spilleronsheet

My words were just pebbles around
                You made them sound jewels
                Essentially catching the essence
Thanks dear Bubblehead for this wonderful review

              • Vamsi Sudha

                Dear Spiller
                Touched totally with these lines..
                how to make a notice
is it a commodity that can be sold
if only pain could be sold
but why would anyone buy ?
                the sufferings inside….

I could perceive the pain you have gone through and each word of yours speaks the pain which people are facing.
Everyone feels, but a poet feels and heals with his words. You poetry surely makes a difference. Keep writing because its what makes you so special. !!

                • spilleronsheet

Thank you so much dear Vamsi…surely poetry has a healing effect
And its constant support of friends like you that feelings can be explained so beautifully and furthermore could be understand….the happiness to be understood itself is an exotic feeling…
