Or, as some say, 'It is what it is'!

    • Bella Shepard

Thank you orchidee, I find myself saying that more and more these days.

Indeed, things just are, and we can do nothing about SOME of the things that just are!

Thank you for your comment, feels like we're all in this together sometimes which makes it a little more bearable.

Yes this makes perfect sense. Good one.

Thank you my friend, sometimes that's all there is.

This is excellent, to see you fit it in the senryu form as well is spectacular. This delightfully reminds me of a Lana Del Rey poem called "Never to Heaven" in which she say:

"The whys in this lifetime I've found are inconsequential
compared to the magic of the nowness - the solution to most
            questions
            there are no reasons"

This poem is amazing, thank you.

Thank you dear Rocky for your kind comments on my first time with this form. I'm learning more and more, and loving it. I googled "Never to Heaven", what a remarkable poem. After reading it, I just wanted to sit and linger over it. Thank you for making me aware of it.

I know little about the senryu form but regardless this is an appropriate response. Short and to the point.

Thank you so much for your comment. I didn't even know that this form existed before I came here. It's been fun playing with it.
