Risen Realisation

Tune: Wurtemburg

('Christ the Lord is risen again')

Ephesians 3 v.19-23

********

The exceeding greatness be

Of the Lord's great power, see

Towards us who do believe

We His Spirit do receive

Alleluia!

It the same mighty power

Which He wrought in the hour

When He raised His Son from death

Gave Him life and vital breath

Alleluia!

He has seated Christ above

He be the Son of His love

Far above all power and might

Near us, yet out of our sight

Alleluia!

He the name o'er every name

Christ arisen, e'er the same

God has put all things under

Christ's feet, with this we concur

Alleluia!

He the head over all things

To the church, praise each one brings

Body of Christ the church be

He fills all things completely

Alleluia!

I've just realised, alleluia is a difficult word to spell, for some reason I thought it started with an H. Great message.

Thanks Paul. Same thing I suppose, H or not. Sshh, I never mentioned the end bit, where it might be 'Alleluya'. Now a 'y' has got in. lol.

Thanks M. We're discussing (Paul, above) 'Alleluias'. How does Miss Berles spell it?!
