Dwelling Delights

Tune: Christchurch

('Now is eternal life')

Psalm 84 v.4-7, and v.11-12

*********

Blesséd are they that dwell

In your house, Lord, the tell

Of your greatness, goodness

Still with praises you bless

Blesséd are they whose strength is in

You, they do find comfort therein

And blessed too are they whose

heart is in your ways, choose

They sure to follow you

Even through valley too

Of Baca, Weeping, they do make

It as a well and solace take

The rain it also fills

The pools, land there it heals

Each one they stronger grow

The Lord they daily know

Every one there does appear

Before God, is presence is near

They of Zion, city

Jerusalem it be

The Lord, He is a sun

And shield, the holy

He will give grace and glory, no

Good thing withhold, but will it show

Will show to them that live

Righteously, His help give

O Lord of hosts, of power

Blesséd they through each hour

That trust in you and your great name

Your gracious presence e'er the same
