To The End

In our lives we move forward,

Move forward to reach a goal,

Sometimes it is easy,

But many times it is hard.

But we must keep moving,

Keep moving forward

As we know we will reach those goals

And all will be right in the end.

If we feel we are not reaching the end

We must keep moving forward,

As if it does not feel right

It is not yet the end.

The end is there for us

And at that time we will know,

Know that we have lived our lives,

Lived our lives to the end,

The end that was there for us,

There for us from the beginning,

The beginning of our wonderful lives.

          I agree with your message of staying positive, not giving up, moving forward even if it is a very small step. For people who've lost their loved ones, this may seem impossible at that point of time but later sometimes much later a small step forward and then another one.

            So very true Rozina, I lost my wife of 40 years two and a half years ago but now I have moved on and all is wonderful.

              One of my favorite movies is "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel", and I love that quote. The journey is all about the end, and the end is truly what we make it. You've captured something here that we should, but don't always, understand. Thank you for the thought to ponder.
