Tune: Doncaster
('Put thou thy trust in God')
*********
Lord, you know what we need
Our hearts and minds you read
Know what we need before we ask
If great or small the task
Lord, help us to you trust
Though we mere mortals, dust
Yet we your creations, we made
By you, your grace displayed
Quieten us in our strife
You the Way, Truth, and Life
Bringing all under your Lordship
'Tis you we praise, worship
With you we many commune
O God, sing joyful tune
Come to you through Jesus your Son
He the atoning One
Be still, know you God are
God over all, day-star
We shall come to you, praises give
Through your Son we shall live
