Hello to all of you
My fine friends of pen
As you sit there in comfort
Please enjoy these words I’ve penned
The time you invest
In reading lines of prose
You can regard as wasted
Or see as a lettered rose
It may take you to
Magical places of imagination
Where your mind opens up
New ideas of fascination
Beyond the limits of
All your deserving smiles
The possibilities are endless
While travelling thought provoking miles
This dare I ask
Where would you go
What visions might you see
Realizations you might know
Your inner muse
Rarely at loss of words
Surely there, a familiar voice
A voice you’ve often heard
Seeds of inspiration
Born within your heart
With love give them birth
Your own special art
And now, as I return you
To the comfort of your seat
What might come forth
When pen and words shall meet
