You need to watch your mouth,
When you talk to me.
Your attitude
And your tone of voice,
I will not stand for it
And you will see.
I can be a bitch now,
Like I have been before.
You can not handle this
Your ass will hit the floor.
No disrespect please,
I am asking nice
I do not disrespect you,
And I will not ask twice.
I have came a long way
Trying to change my life around.
It is all in how you say things,
Do not act like a clown.
I try to let things go
Because it is not worth my time,
But in front of people
I can not turn a blind eye.
Blaming others,
For your mouthy ways.
I will be the bigger person,
And just walk away.
Negativity
Is everyone's choice,
Try positivity
And lower your voice.
Before I go,
I will ask you again
Watch Your Mouth Please!!!

I remember something Fran Lebowitz once said.
"Think before you talk. Read before you think."
I like that, I could probably write a poem with that saying..OK I wrote it down.
Aww, I never knew I spoke to you in that way! Was it me? heehee.
LOL, your to funny.. thanks for reading
Another great poem here Raven, maybe you could use the ( ' ) to shorten lines to fit better. like i'll and you'll or we''ll. just a thought !
Great thought, I always appreciate your input.
Words do have power, but tone is everything..
Thanks so much, I appreciate you.
Hi Raven, I’ll be careful of what I say, honest!
Love the attitude, really good xxx
Thanks so much, you never have to watch your mouth. I wrote that in mind for some really rude people I have came across, some people just don't know how to talk to one another.
Respect seems to have been taken from many people in the current world Tammy.
Andy
You know your right, I was just telling tallisman that people just don't know how to speak to each other anymore.
An old saying came to mind as I was reading this. "Before putting mouth into gear, be sure brain is engaged". I've run across a few on here who have no concept of its meaning. Well penned Raven. 😉
I thank you very much for taking the time to read and your kind comment, God Bless
