Continue work of faith, and do
Serve God daily anew
And do labours of love, for you
Live for your Lord, He true
And go on patient in hope for

So faith and love and hope agree
For His children you be
Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, He
You trusted Saviour be
It is in the sight of God, He
Our God and Father be
Knowing that God He did choose you
His mercies they not few
Share the gospel in word and power
And the Spirit each hour
Having assurance, this the word
Of salvation, we heard
It, and so preach and teach it, though
There afflictions we know
Yet in these joy of the Spirit
We can have, lives be lit
By His presence, guiding light
Living by faith, not sight
The gospel be that we may turn
From idols and not learn
Their ways, but turn to God, for He
The living, true God be
Waiting for His Son to return
Jesus, of Him we learn
Who God did raise from dead, he saved
Us, salvation's way paved
