Guess what – It’s bloody raining again -
Once more humidity's one hundred percent.
La Nina is a persistent old girl;
Looks like we’re going to get married…..
But who’d go to a wedding in brahn boots?

Congratulations sir Dave wot about sneakers ............................... π
Inflatable dinghy more my mark (wuz once a good boy scout).
Stay at home for a while Neville, the world can be a dangerous place.....
Noticed that when I hit the sun lounger this morning. It's bloody raining. It never rains here any more, what the hell is happening.
You tell me. Never rained in Britain anyway when I was there (many moons ago) it just drizzled.....
My commiseration on the rain, hope you can find a semi-dry spot for the wedding. I was inspired to listen to Stanley Holloway's Brahn Boots, what a lovely story. You didn't by chance give your black or brown shoes away now did ya?
Nah you need wellies here.
Note: Wellies - Brit informal; short form for Wellington boots, tall rubber waterproof boots. May be known as Gumboots in some quarters. However here in this climate thongs are more likely to be utilised.
Note: Thongs - Aust informal. May be known as Flip-flops in some quarters................. Please exclude from your mind any other possible interpretation .................... La, la La...and so on....
My education is now complete, the tutorial exceeded all my expectations! Thank you my friend for always giving me a big chuckle; a quiet or suppressed laugh, of the large variety.
'Welcome anytime, Bella.
I remember her she put a damper on my spirits until we got a separation. Fun write Dave.
Liberation can be born of many different circumstances, Soren. From now on it has to be eternal vigilance.....
