Seize and See.

Fay Slimm.

Seize and See.

May I
grasp every moment
and not
let it pass unnoticed.

Might I
seize Now's ability
lest I
lose its virility.

Let me
look at life further
and see
Now as eternal.

'Now' I say it's a good write. Erm, not this moment 'now'. The moment 5 seconds ago when I first typed 'now'.
And now I'm a confused laddie! lol.

A little gem, Fay. And as a solid reinforcement for my attempted focus on the here and now, it is strong enough to need no additional supplement...... for now!

Hi Dave -- - am delighted you like my take on the importance of every moment and thank you for adding the lines to your faves. ---- - - I agree right now is always enough.

I love this Fay, thanks for your unending wisdom and sagacity. This feels like a warm embrace with the present. I feel like oftentimes we tend to dread the future, especially the mysterious afterlife, but I think living in the "now" brings so much more peace. Glorious poem!

Carpe diem! Well expressed. I too believe that there only is the present and one should live in it. Well done.
