Can you imagine a world,
A world of peace and love,
Where all understood each other,
As music would be the Universal Language.

A fine write Gold.
Thank you Orchi.
But of course I can imagine
A world just so; let’s take the tour:
On the way, Huxley’s Brave New world?
Or Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty Four?
Good words DAve, but there is no music in those books.

After I've done the tour, ANdy, I'll need the music to set me up again...
Now that would be music to my ears, write up my street and just my cup of tea .................. Neville 🙂
Thank you Neville, we can but hope.

in empathetic music, we entrust
be it in soundless drumbeats, as pulse
or those impassioned melodies of fate...
thanks Andy, a lovely shorty
hope you have a great weekend my friend
Thank you Mek, most kind.

Music like the Pied Piper. The townsfolk didn't catch on and decided otherwise.
The towns people were obviously listening to Beethoven Rik.

A lovely dream Andy -- we can but imagine the result if Music ruled the world.
Thank you Fay, yes we can imagine.

If only. I also dream of a utopian society where peace is at the heart of all. We can only dream and take action accordingly. Thanks.
Very true Rocky - if only.

Comfortably Numb is such a great choice. The magic of music is that it bridges all divides. Perhaps we should put all speech to music, and sing everything. I love the message of this poem, peace and love through music, what could be better.
Thank you for your kind words Bella, much appreciated.
