ODDS AND SAUSAGES (3 )

Michael Edwards

They talk about babies born out of wedlock

and for some this will come as a shock,

well they’re right to be shocked for it has to be said

that babies are far too young to wed.

Hmm, Hadn't thought of that - nope, never seen two babies getting married! lol.

    • Michael Edwards

To be born in wedlock they would have to be married before they were born - not sure thats possible

Yet I was studying some ethical thing, that was saying a person is not counted as a 'person' until they are born. That's daft, I think. I mean, they are alive, though unborn.
I expect Miss Berles got married before she was born, yes?! lol.

So good to see you keeping your hand in and sharing your art work as well dear friend --- loving your latest line drawings - - so tellingly clever.

        • Michael Edwards

Thank you dear Fay - yes I find a little time to write and post but I seem to be busier than ever these days which helps me to cope xx

The variety of your art is just amazing, Michael - latest iteration is proof that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Talk of babies born out of wedlock should be sparing, as it comes from a dark and dirty past. That noted, the wordplay is fun.

Cheers DD - technically they would have to be married befire they are born.

Guv'nor from Majestic is my current favourite (their best selling wine) - thanks Andy.

              • Goldfinch60

Strangely Guv'nor is the one I drink most of the time and have been drinking it when it first came out. Been going to Majestic for more years than I care to remember.
