Tune: Divine Mysteries

('Sweet Sacrament Divine')

*******

Comes full the cycle round

God's blessings do abound

Be filled with [the] Spirit pure

The Holy Spirit, for

Person of God, shall us indwell

And grant us power that we may tell

His praises, all His deeds

Us He His people feeds

Then go to pour out free

That others too may see

His wise salvation plan

'Tis like no other can

By systems or rules formulate

He in His word He does it state

That He the Way, Truth, Life

None other shall suffice

As vessels filled, made whole

Witness to each poor soul

That they in Him may find

Healing to lame, sick, blind

Then on return to Him again

Needing continual supply, then

Go forth once more empowered

With heavenly graces showered

Arise, cast sloth aside

His glories do not hide

Leave all passivity

For Christ does set you free

Free in His service to partake

And live unto Him for His sake

That all the world may know

How He does love us so

Orchi another great hymn but somehow this one reads a bit different than most seeming a bit more contemporary.

Thanks SB. Erm, yes, maybe based on a hymn not millions of years ago!

Lovely. I hesitate to add further. Excellent details, but I've not attempted yet to sing any of these. Now you begin to tempt me. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks CM. The joke is if you sing it will drown me out! lol.

        Good one Orchi.

As you mentioned Cycling Connections I nearly attached the video Bicycle Race by Queen but there is no X to put in on the comments. LOL
