Red, yellow and gold,
Autumns colours fill my mind,
Glorious nature.
Frosts will soon carpet the ground,
And sparkle in the sunlight.

I must away to the Blue Mountains (behind Sydney) again..... Got time - I'm still trying to deal with Spring...Thanks for the reminder though Andy - I'll make a note in next year's diary.
Spring is fine as well Dave, I am sure that you will enjoy it.

Suddenly become a weather oracle in your maturity, Andy? Last spring was terrible and this spring is lining up to be no better or worse....

My niche, as well as sonnets, is Autumn, October to boot as well. Rendered in tasteful brevity, how lovely this is with its wonted perfect accompaniment. Thank you very much for sharing!
So kind Missy, thank you.
